Kurt Pycior
PresidentKurt Pycior founded Pycior + Co (formally FPC) in 1998. He conceived and developed the first new commercial project within the core of downtown Lee's Summit, Main Street Centre in 2002. In 2008, Pycior + Co redeveloped the Hartley Block Plaza, a mixed-use development that occupies a quarter-block in historic downtown Lee's Summit, bringing a pedestrian and urban flavor to the historic downtown core, which enhances both the living and working environment.
With experience in development, construction and property management, Kurt is an appointed member of the Planning Commission in Lee's Summit, a member of the Lee's Summit Economic Development Council's Executive Committee and is an active member of Downtown Lee's Summit Main Street. Pycior has held board positions for the Lee's Summit Chamber of Commerce, served as President of the Board of Directors of Hope House, as an Advisory Board member for St. Luke's Hospital and as the Chairman of the Lee's Summit TIF Commission. Pycior graduated from William Jewel College with a degree in public relations.
