Matt Taylor

Matt has extensive experience in commercial development and redevelopment projects. He brings a wealth of knowledge on redevelopment state tax credit provisions and documentation procedures. Matt's experience includes redevelopment projects in blighted areas of St. Louis and Independence along with Pycior + Co's award winning Downtown Lee's Summit Hartley Block project, primarily the Vogue Condos and other retail projects. As project manager, Matt is responsible for onsite management of a variety of Pycior + Co projects including over 20,000 square feet of retail, medical and office space.
