Phyllis "Fid" Branstetter

Phyllis, "Fid" plays a variety of roles at Pycior + Co including property manager, which encompasses marketing, negotiating leases and coordinating tenant finishes. She is also the client liaison and works intimately with cities and municipalities on new projects. Fid obtained her Missouri Real Estate Salesperson License in 2003 and is responsible for listings for sale and lease, processing contracts and leases, customer selections and serves as the liaison to subcontractors.

Before joining Pycior + Co, Fid spent nine years at BHA Group, Inc. (now owned by GE) an international manufacturer and supplier of industrial air pollution control equipment. As Safety Coordinator, she was responsible for the implementation of self-insured and commercial workers' compensation programs for manufacturing facilities, offices and construction sites throughout the United States including federal rules and regulations, accident prevention and contract review. Fid has been with Pycior + Co since 1998.
