Pycior + Co are experts in commercial property construction, management and community redevelopment. As a progressive pioneer in downtown revitalization, and with a strong foundation in construction and development, Pycior + Co structures commercial property deals, from concept to creation.

In 1998, Kurt Pycior, president of Pycior + Co, founded FPC as a residential and commercial building and development company. In 2002, Pycior conceived and developed the first new commercial project within the core of downtown Lee's Summit: Main Street Centre. The success of this mixed-use retail and office center, led to Pycior serving as developer, builder and manager of several other commercial projects in Lee's Summit including Grand Street Quarters, Ward Road Place, the Hartley Block Redevelopment and the Vogue Condominiums.

The firm was the honored recipient of the Lee's Summit Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award in 2004 and Business in Motion Award in 2007, the Downtown Lee’s Summit Main Street Business of the Year in 2005 and named as one of the 25 Under 25 Small Businesses in Kansas City in 2007. In 2009 Pycior + Co received a coveted Capstone Award through the Kansas City Business Journal in the mixed-use category for its role in the revitalization of Downtown Lee’s Summit with the redevelopment of the Hartley's Block.
