Pycior + Co Announces New Downtown Lee's Summit Tenants
Maggie’s Mexican Restaurant and Scrapbook Boutique Opening Soon
LEE’S SUMMIT, MO (July 14, 2009) – Pycior + Co announces Maggie's Mexican Restaurant and Scrapbook Boutique as two new tenants in downtown Lee's Summit. Maggie's Mexican Restaurant will be located on 3rd Street and Scrapbook Boutique will be at the corner of Douglas and 3rd Street.
Maggie's Mexican Restaurant is an authentic, full-service Mexican restaurant that will offer homemade Mexican meals and will hold a liquor license. Owner Ryan Schnabel started Maggie's out of his house as a catering company, roughly a year and half ago, making all the meals from handed down family recipes.
The restaurant will occupy 1,321 square feet and have a maximum capacity of approximately 36 people. "The downtown area of Lee's Summit is a growing area that I saw had a need for an authentic Mexican restaurant," Ryan said when asked why he wanted to open the restaurant in downtown Lee's Summit.
Maggie's plans to open in mid-August and will be open Monday-Saturday and closed on Sunday. Visit www.maggies-mexicancatering.com for more information.
Scrapbook Boutique is a store that will offer scrapbooking, rubber stamping, card making, classes and eventually scrapbooking parties for any occasion such as weddings, baby showers, adoption showers and birthdays, along with other products. "I want to branch out from scrapbook chain stores so that I can offer something unique and introduce my customers to new technology that will enhance their scrapbook experience," said Judee Rettler, owner of Scrapbook Boutique.
The store will occupy 1,500 square feet and will open on August 3. Scrapbook Boutique will be open Monday-Saturday and closed on Sunday. "Everyone loves downtown Lee's Summit and I can't wait to get the store open and be a part of the growing area," Judee commented. The store does not currently have a Web site but will be launching one soon along with the Scrapbook Boutique's grand opening.
