Pycior + Co handles the operation of commercial properties, acting as the liaison between the building owner and tenants. Pycior + Co advocates on both parties' behalf, negotiating and executing leases, collecting rent, responding to and addressing maintenance issues and managing the various aspects of real estate properties. The Pycior team has extensive experience managing commercial buildings of varying sizes with multiple tenants throughout the metro Kansas City area.
Real Estate Brokerage
Pycior + Co participates in the brokering of commercial real estate deals from concept to creation. Pycior + Co's licensed commercial real estate agents work with building owners and real estate brokers, structuring deals that benefit all parties involved.
Redevelopment
Pycior + Co has experience with redevelopment projects, bringing new construction to a site with pre-existing uses. Our projects include mixed-use development and the rehabilitation and revitalization of a prominent city block in downtown Lee's Summit. Pycior + Co is knowledgeable about the financing of redevelopment or revitalization projects including Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and other neighborhood improvement initiatives.
