Real Estate Brokerage
Pycior + Co participates in the brokering of commercial real estate deals from concept to creation. Pycior + Co's licensed commercial real estate agents work with building owners and real estate brokers, structuring deals that benefit all parties involved.

Redevelopment
Pycior + Co has experience with redevelopment projects, bringing new construction to a site with pre-existing uses. Our projects include mixed-use development and the rehabilitation and revitalization of a prominent city block in downtown Lee's Summit. Pycior + Co is knowledgeable about the financing of redevelopment — or revitalization — projects including Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and other neighborhood improvement initiatives.
